Ashley Nicole Damer

Ashley Nicole Damer, 36, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on April 5, 2024 surrounded by family.  She was born on November 9, 1987 to Howard Damer and Jannette (Keiger) Matheny.  She was preceded in death by her step dad Jose Antonio Rivera.  Ashley was a house cleaner, like to go on rides and to the thrift store.  She is survived by her significant other Felix Colon, son Joel Antonio Garcia- Damer of Martins Ferry, one brother Paul Damer of Bridgport, one sister Kristy (Jason) Herman of Bridgeport, Very Special Friend Vickie Stemkowski, four nieces Jordan (Brandon) Staull of Scio, Rowyn, Rylan, Ryson Herman, and great nieces anKeygun and Sinora Staull, Grandma Claire O'Connell of Pittsburgh, and dog named Oreo.  There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
