Angelia Ann (Mcquiston) Barker

Angelia Ann Barker, 59, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on August 25, 2020 at Valley Hospice Care Center North.  She was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 25, 1961. She is preceded in death by brother in law Jeffrey Oxley. Angelia was a pediatric nurse, she loved her cats, she had two pages on facebook for cats, had a big heart and always willing to give.   She is survived  her parents James and Nancy (McKibben) McQuiston of New Castle,  four sisters Carol (Ralph) Delio of New Castle, PA, Millie (Merle) Glass of New Castle, Kathy Oxley of Rayland, OH, Dianna (Todd) Esposito, of  New Castle, many nieces and nephews, and daughter Sassy who resides in Rayland. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
