Andy Perry Cox, 71, of Steubenville, OH passed away on February 1, 2022 at Valley Hospice in Steubenville, OH. He was born on December 31, 1950 to the late Charles Frederick and Beulah Jean (Bryan) Cox. He is survived by his wife Sue Ellen (Shipley) Cox, one daughter Andrea Bush and one step daughter Robin Bidwell of Cameron, WV, and many grandchildren. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
