Amber Suzanne Burrows, 26, of Irondale, OH passed away on February 19, 2026 at UPMC Presby. She was born on October 26, 1999 in Weirton, WV to the late Charles Burrows and her Surviving mother Tonya Renay (VanDyke) Kelley. She is also survived by her son Wesley Richard Belisle, and one brother David Burrows of Irondale. Funeral Memorial services will be on February 23rd, 2026 at 4 pm at the Wintersville Community Chapel located 27 Ward Dr N, Steubenville, OH 43953, with a Dinner to Follow. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family. Tonya Kelley would like to thank all of the family and special donors for all their support and love.
