Scott Douglas Maderia

Scott Douglas Maderia, 72, of Dillonvale, OH passed on January 15, 2024 at home unexpectedly.  He was born on October 16, 1951 to the late William Rolland and Minnie Irene (Saiter) Maderia.  He is also preceded by siblings Philip Maderia, Laurel Maderia, and son Scott Maderia.  Doug was very proud to be in the Ohio Big Buck Magazine for having shot a 160 inch Buck in 1974, big Steeler and Pittsburgh Pirates Fan, Member of Dillonvale Eagles, Dillonvale Fireman Club Room, a Smithfield High School Graduate, and loved his coffee, and worked for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Mingo Jct. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Faye (Herron) Maderia of 17 years,  three children Mylissa Maderia, Clayton(Jayetee) Herron, of Yorkville, and Mary Herron of Dillonvale, one sibling Debbie Staats of Orrville, OH, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren, but his pride and joys are Hayden and Lucas Herron, several nieces and nephews.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
